Description: Probably two of the world's most expensive guitars. Mark Knopfler's Fender Stratocaster (original) and his National Steel Resonator (from 1941!). The latter is used on Romeo and Julliet and the other is used on Sultans of Swing.
Fantastic concert - lots of energy and good vibe from the band and audience, as expected. The City Hall in Newcastle is a fantastic venue, very small! As Mark said, he saw Chuck Berry play here in the 60s, which made him start his career into music.
